hello i faced very complicated threat please help .scanner when he moves it's make friction with lens solid cover i checked rail .rail is straight .scanner do this friction when client do reduce and enlarge process.scanner moves at last rail friction happened in last rail. help

Make sure the lens cover is correctly installed, and check the bottom of the optical carriages to ensure the nylon sliders are still there.
