Ricoh copier firmware not working

    Ricoh copier firmware not working

    has anyone tried downloading firmware for ricoh copiers latley , when i click download and try and open the file it says :

    not a valid win32 application ????

    any ideas ?

    I don't have access to firmware downloads, but It's most likely a browser issue on your PC. Have you tried on another PC?
    If it works, then try another browser on the problem machine

      The files come zipped; do you not have a tool to unzip them?

      Now you do: 7-Zip

          Like you've been told on several of these posts: you'll need a valid Ricoh tech ID and credentials to your localised version of the Ricoh Tech Website... No tech ID, no firmware.

          Yeah it sucks for the independent, but it's the business model that most of the larger OEMs use...
