Any advice?

I assume I need to clear the hardrive, but don't know how to do this? No one can print anything!

We have a big promotion evening tonight and people have been getting a little bit over excited I think.

Sorry - I shouldn't assume everyone is psychic!

I am trying to use locked print job.

Also, while I think - is there any way to auto delete files which have been in the locked print job list after a week? Sometimes people forget to collect and then they start to clog things up.

It'll be in User Tools / Printer Features somewhere, it's called something like "Auto Delete Print Jobs". If you go onto the locked print section of the printer screen you can select them all and delete them. Don't try formatting the HDD or anything, you'll lose a lot of settings and address book entries. Also check if you've got a lot of stuff saved in the Document Server.
