MP6002 DF jams at registration

We recently installed three MP6002's at one customer (although different locations). All three have been jamming at the registration sensor in the DF. We are trying buckle adjustments, but without any success. We've checked the one way bearings, but all seem to be ok. Sensors are clean (machines in place less than a week). I noticed the new economical (aka 'flimsy') design of the DF frame, but the roller assemblies seem to be basically the same as the old reliable stuff. Thanks in advance for any help.

Please check the drive shaft for the feed belt. It has a 1 way gear which connects onto the shaft. On the back of the shaft you have a pressed plastic gear. I have also had this problem where the pressed plastic gear has cracked off the shaft and was jamming the ARDF intermittenly. You will need to remove the shaft off the device to see if it spins on the shaft or not. Obviously it should not spin, if it is, replace it.
