Does anyone know if you can buy individual parts for rebuilding MPC PCU's? Need lub bar and PCR etc? If so where from - Can you share? Cheers.

I know Densi sells a generic Drum, but I wouldn't wish my worst enemy the trouble that I've had with the Generic parts I've used from Densi.
Katun offers an OPC rebuild kit, but it only includes a drum and blade. They also sell the cleaning roller, but no PCR.
Speaking from experience and great expense over the years, I've given up trying to save money by rebuilding units that were never designed to be rebuilt. Even 'if' they work initially, they almost always fail sooner, or at least require extra adjustments and/or cleanings along the way, and often create 'weird' problems that never would have happened otherwise.
The initial 'cost savings' of maybe 30% (if you value your labour at $0) just isn't worth the headaches down the road, and in the long run, end up costing more.
But hey, that's just my 2 cents. Your results may vary

I agree with Sandmanmac. We used to rebuild the PCU1515 units with drums and blades that our holding company sourced. The seals and gears would give up along the way and cause cleaning problems. The initial "savings" soon go up in smoke....!

Gears for 1515 (1013,161,171,201) are not the problem, I've got it. A bigger problem is bushing f = 6mm
on both mixers (On the side where the gears). (Same as in 1027-2027).
Does anyone have a parts no. for this bushing ?
