[Misc] MP C2800 Paper Size not detecting

Hi, i have a mp c2800 and when i go to do colour calibration and print the test copy it says please insert a paper size and gives you options, and i have loaded the correct paper size and it still will not continue.

any ideas?

Got the same issue but different model...replace the cassette tray..

Check the tray settings in user tools and make sure that paper type is set to "no display". A different setting, such as "recycled, special1, etc." will produce this result when trying to do the printer color cal (copy cal doesn't matter).
