i have a customer that is exporting their address book to excel and is asking what all the columns are. where might we find that info? thanx

No, I can't explain what the columns are for, I doubt there is a real 'explanation'.
In my opinion it's simply, used for a backup, and/or to upload to another machine. Have them backup their MS Outlook or any other email program, and they'll get the same result. Maybe they can call Microsoft and get an answer
