A700 black screen ( can't on )

This A700 suddenly go off.the screen become black but the power light is green.I changed the control penal assy, but didnt help.what should i do.this customer quite far so i dont want to waste my time to travel many time.if any body can help me please?

I have seen this several times and so far it has been 50/50 PS or BICU. Remember though if you change the BICU to back up the NVRAM to a flash card (or carry it over to the replacement board, if possible)so that your serial numbers and counters don't get all messed up!
