hi,, every body it is my first time here i have copier af 1035 and i have error message sc 326 i know it is LD problem BUt any can tell me how can i fix it Thnaks

Check connections to laser assembly
Try a polygonal motor and then the sync detector

Then do the pitch adjustments

IN MY OPINION THE 1035/45, 2035/45 AND 3035/45 SERIES HAS AN ISSUE ON THIS. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR LASER DIODE SETTINGS FOR 400 AND 600 dpi ARE SET TO THE VALUE ON THE PAGE USUALLY STORED IN THE FFRONT COVER. IF THAT IS CORRECT, OPEN UP THE MACHINE AT THE LASER, LOSEN THE FRONT SCREW, TAKE YOUR SCREW DRIVER AND TILT THE LASER UNIT UPWARDS KEEP IT THERE AND TIHGTEN THE SCREW AGAIN. IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN THERE IS AN RTB OUT ON THIS. IF THAT ALSO DOESN'T WORK, TAKE A JEWLLERY SCREWDRIVER AND TWEAK THE TWO PORTS ON THE LD UNIT. BUT YOU MUST BE VERY VERY GENTLE WITH THE TWEAKING. SMALL STEPS AT A TIME.

Also you can try increase the LD power in SP mode (sp 2103-1)
if the the rest parts is ok then this should can solved your problem

Thanks for all,,, now sc 326 dis appear but it appears evening after 9.30 pm and copier work fine all the day i donot know what is this problem Thanks for help

Have you try to check the fuser, may be problem in there

if you do all what other friends tolds you.........change laser diodes....it comes with the board.........
