1 Bin Tray setting

I have a customer that has the 1 bin tray but the faxes are not coming out onto it, just into the main output area. Does anyone know the setting procedure to get the output to the 1 bin tray for faxes? Thanks!

System Settings -> Default output tray.

user tools > system features > output fax > internal tray 2

User tools - System Settings - Output Fax 1 bin tray or internal tray 2 I believe is what it needs to be set to.
