Ricoh SP C232N and others thumping noise in Ready mode

    Ricoh SP C232N and others thumping noise in Ready mode

    It seems just about every one of this series of printers and the all-in-one version have this thumping noise coming from them until they go into sleep mode. Is it the fuser out of round? Or what the heck, is it something turning while it is ready mode to cause this?

      The fuser flat spots in these POS machines!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and they don't spare the rollers.... buy a new fuser for $300 from Ricoh. Your CPC on these, eats you alive !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
