    SPC232 - Password

    Hello,

How to reset the administrator password of SPC232. The other model (eg MPC2050) ago Supervisor code, but I can not tuck user name on the web interface.

How do I reset it? I can not change the setting of my copier!

    Thank you in advance

Note the upper case "A", unlike most other models where it is lower case.

      Thanks for the consistency, Ricoh!

That's one that is NOT in the main manual.

If I remember correctly, there are 4 separate appendices to get, and it's in one of those.

What a pain in the neck!

This model is made by Brother, probably their default.

Any of the low end machines with the Primax controllers (such as this one) are weird.

Not all that bad on their own, but they don't play nice with Ricoh utilities like the rest of the models do.

Agree, I don't care for them just for the fact the most common complaint (for me) is the toner yield. Users just don't seem to comprehend the limits and purpose of this box, and I get tired of explaining the difference between specs and reality.

I had this about a month ago! If you are talking about going thru the computer interface to try and reset something. Try admin70 or 71

Hope that this will help you out.
