Customer replaced all three color PCUs trying to fix. Also has SC471 random. Pulled drum, dev units and pulled out transfer belt assy. Had streaks so I cleaned and dusted the cleaner and cleaned belt. Hard failure SC440-02. Never been serviced, we work on their canon copier and HP printers but this guy I am unfamiliar with and looking for some help and expertise.

SC440 -01 code is the drive motor for the black dev unit
SC440-02 code is the drive motor for the colour dev units
Replaced the drive motor for the colour units, it will resolve your problem -
