    Ricoh MP C2000 scanner logs?

Hey all, I'm rather new here, but I've searched extensively and can't seem to find an answer to this question. Users are reporting intermittent problems using scan-to-email on this machine at a remote site. I haven't had a chance to test it in person, but I'm trying to find any logs related to scanning activity on the WIM. Does the machine log scan jobs? If I could see successful jobs and errors on the scanner that would really help me diagnose this issue. Thanks for any pointers!

It does, but I don't think there's anything you can see from Web Image Monitor. It's in the scanner function, saying something along the lines of Scanned Files Status.

The only thing it will say is "completed" or "error". It doesn't give any specific information as to the cause of the failure.

The best thing to do for sorting scan to email problems is input all network information possible, i.e. DNS, WINS, domain information. Also make sure your scanner destination in File Transfer is an IP address instead of a DNS hostname.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

System log in WIM will tell you if it couldn't connect or password was bad.
You can also print out the NIB summary in SMC prints.

In most cases it is either misspelled addresses or their email mailbox is full.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?
