[Electrical] Ricoh FT4527 Sorter dead (A557)

The A557 Sorter is not functioning. Have read service manuals and am clueless. It is not cycling on startup, and appears to be no power to it. The paper will not enter the sorter bin tray (even with the Sort selection deactivated). The C-5 code appears when the Sorter bin is opened. Opening the Sorter shows the paper is there, but did not enter the bin. Is there a reset button, or a fuse to replace? Or do I need to disable and remove the sorter?

Take the machine to the nearest firing range and let it go out in a blaze of Glory...

More than likely you'll need a new main board for the sorter so it's probably time to let it die gracefully.

A large white ceramic fuse on the Finsher PCB rings a bell.....
