Disableing newly enabled Airprint on MPC4502S

A few of weeks back I new installed a MPC4502s at an indipendant school. During the install the customer was insistent that they needed Airprint, I told them that it was about to be released and I would be able to update the machine when it was availabe, not good enough for one of the staff members who repeatdly told me they only signed the contract becasue they were told the machine could use airprint and wanted it working NOW (mind you this was in the last week of term and the school was about to shut down for two weeks).

Yesterday I drive the 100 odd Km's and update the firmware to activate the airprint functionality everything work swimmingly well.

This morning I get a phone call from the customers IT manager asking me if it is possible to DISABLE airprint in the future as they will be migrating to a mac server managed printing solution soon and the wish to restrict printing in color.

Anyone able to tell me the steps to achieve this?

As far as I'm aware, you'll need to revert to earlier versions of the firmware.

That said, Airprint doesn't work with and sort of authentication (user codes, ELP-NX etc) so if they're going to be using a managed solution then it may stop working anyway.

Turning off Bonjour has worked for me. Give that a shot.
