    Ricoh MPC3300 coated paper peeling

Hi everyone thank you in advance. When running full color on xerox digital color elite silk coated paper, image peels. Works fine on bypass
when selecting coated paper but customer would like to use tray 1, which doesn't have an option for coated. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Currently page count is 40619 color 67458 b/w. Thank you

X2. Don't confuse the label (coated, color, letterhead, etc.) with type (middle thick, thick 1, thick 2). Change it to thick 1 or thick 2 in User Tools.

You can try to play around with the SP-1105, there are the fusing temperatures for all types of media, try to set the glossy values to a type, which is availible for tray1

Thanks everyone, problem solve. Simple as setting paper thickness to middle thick on the
          copier itself. Thanks again
