[Misc] Ricoh spc242 sf will not recive fax but can send

i wonder if anyone can help im in the middle of setting up a Ricoh spc 242 sf and sent a fax and it worked fine but when i went to send a fax back to the machine it does not come through any idea's?

Plug a phone into the line and ring it to see if the line is 'fully' functional, sometimes somebody has buggered around with the phone system and may well have it routed elsewhere. Also, I don't think you have this in the UK, but down here you can have 1 line with two numbers, it's called faxability and the machine needs to be set up for it.

Make sure no other fax machines are on the same line, it may be obvious to some but it does happen. :0

Is it in "manual receive" mode instead of "auto"?
