Help with Ricoh MP C4500 and 2238 RPCS drivers in Vista

On two computers running Vista Business SP1, I have the problem where the RPCS driver will cause the print spooler to crash.

On the 2238 machine, we also have the PCL driver, which works fine, but that is currently not an option on the 4500.

These machines are connected via ethernet served up on Server 2003.

RPCS driver does not support Fast User Switching functions of Windows XP.* there is pcl 6 3.2.0.0 drivers for this machine

Thank you for replying. Your message is a bit cryptic to me, but the bold part says that the RPCS driver does not support Fast User Switching. To that end, I've disabled it, but still get the same result of the print spooler crashing.

Thanks. I'll forward your advice to my boss that we'll have to install the PCL driver.
