Most Reliable Ricoh model in the 22-30cpm range?

I have recently got a order for machines in the 22-30cpm range. It's for B/W models.
The problem is i would like some recommendations on what are the most reliable models to buy before i put them in the market.
I have previously used Aficio's 2022/2027 and found them pretty reliable except maybe for some firmware issues as a result of being older models.
Afico's 3025/3030 are pretty good too but it tend to have a little more issues regarding firmware/autenticaion but overall not too bad.

    Any other recommendation?
    Thanks & regards.

For b&w hardware reliablility you can't really go wrong with a 2022/2027, 3025/3030 or an MP2510 (all basically a variant of the 1027, but the 1027 is getting a bit long in the tooth these days). Given the choice i'd go for the newest machines available as I can't remember off the top of my head if the 2027 supports scan to email or not (I think it does but don't have the manual to hand at the moment to check) and there may be issues with SMB scanning unless you can update the firmware.

For colour the MPC2500/3000 machines are pretty good, if you can get one in good condition with not too many clicks on the clock. Still generally reliable and easy to service, just Ricoh prices for the drums are a bit steep if you don't employ a bit of "modification" to make a black fit to a colour. Avoid the 1224/1232/3224/3232 machines like the plague, they are/were awful, the Model J (3228c etc) was ok but again getting a bit long in the tooth, they had occasional colour registration problems and the toner pumps are a b**tard to change but apart from that seem to be an ok box.

Andrew, that is the most excellent avatar I have ever set eyes on. Seriously, brilliant.

The 1027 to latest are almost identical mechanically. Basic parts are the same, the toner is the same and the DV is the same up to the MP series.
2027 and up support scant to email and scan to folder, but the 2027 won't scan to folder without modifying the computer's registry settings.

I think this is one of the best workhorses since the Minolta EP 450.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?
