Ricoh Aficio 2105 missfeeding when printing and copying together!!!

Hello!
When copier is printing and i have to make a copy from glass or RADF,it missfeeds the paper in all points,from LCT to duplex unit.
Anyone had these experience before?

Is the print and copy coming from the same tray?

What area is the jam code showing on the screen and on the SMC printout?

Sounds like a firmware or controller issue

Update the firmware. I've seen this before on a different model and it resolved the issue.

Yes,i use only a tray and SMC printout,i have to check tomorrow.
