    MPC4500 A3 print got line(100gsm~180gsm).

    Try using thick paper setting and running from the bypass to see if that clears up the issue.

      It's hard to tell from the sample but if I was going to guess I'd say it was fuser related. Try at least "middle thick" for paper type setting. Failing that check the fuser for signs of wear and damage and also check the paper transfer roller bracket. I have had the rear hinge lug break on several occasions causing weird and wondeful copy quality and paper feed issues.

        I already try to use the by-pass and using the paper type,but it also coming the same result.I also got check the ITB belt and the fixing unit,but it seen prefect.

          Did you find a solution for that, I have the same problem on two MPC4500 ?, the MPC2000 and MPC2500 printed perfect the same job.

          I would like to hear if there is a solution...
