What function are they authenticating for?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Assuming that it's on a network, the easiest way to make settings like that are via the WIM. Log in, Turn on user codes under "user authentication", and select the features you want to manage (ie: copier), then go to the address book and enter the names, and user codes you want to assign.

        Otherwise, Read the user manual.

Or... go to the 'Ricoh knowledge base', select your model, type "user codes" and be amazed!

            So,for example you want :

            User b: 222
            User C: 333

            etc, etc?
