3025 jamming

hi,

i have one 3025 and is jamming on the fuser when paper is coming out... i check on sp data log and giving me paper jamm on exit sensor (late). i already change the sensor with one from other machine, registrator sensor, feed roller and friction pad, cluth from the first tray but still have the same problem.
when i print out smc report the first page is ok bu the secound one cuts the image so he jamms. when prints coming out complete no jamm but if one cuts a image the paper jams...so something is wrong and i cant find what is!
can anyone have one ideia what else i can change to fix this!?

Replace the registration clutch.

I agree the registration clutch is slipping causing your image to be off the page. this will cause your jams because the timing is now out of sink.

Agreed, or try flushing the clutch out with Alcohol, see if the problem changes/resolves.

whats with the error codes on the sample smc, caused by jam or causing jam? anyway clean the reg roller is a good start then check if pressure roller has gone soft
