Equitrac multiple print server

i have done multiple equitrac site implementation.
The case as follow:
Head office has already running Equitrac Office with 30 MFPs and the site office has 3 MFPs, the customer want to use Equitrac in his site office as well but he want to use the same database server and the want to use their main equitrac server.
And i have add this licence in the equitrac head office as additinal print server.

I have installed the DRE only in the print server in the site office and i have got only after installation in the EQ queue viewer and EQ port conversion, not like the Eq in the head office with full feature.

I have add the 3 MFPs to the Site print server and then i converted the port to EQ port and sent a test print and the machines been registered in the main equitrac at the head office.
Also i have add 3 PCC licence extra to the main equitrac to enable the extra MFP PCC interface to work with solution.

Do i have done that correct?

and i have installed the PCC4 at each MFP in the site office and i have linked the MFP to the mail EQ server in the head office.
But if i log in in the MFP it could not get the document from the print server at the site office and it give this message ( failed to get the document from the following server:SERVER)

What do you think the issue?

And also if we got the WAN disconnected for some reason, how the system can work offline?

We're dealing with 1 print server at head office, correct?

Not sure if I'm 100% correct in saying this, but if the site office's network connects to the head office network, you should only need to add these printers into the EQ server at head office. People at the site office can add the EQ queues at head office just like everyone else, print, and collect their prints from their MFDs onsite (They could also collect their print jobs from head office MFDs).

You should only need to add the MFDs to the Head Office server, point the MFDs to that server, and you should be done?

Well, it wouldn't...

If you ran an EQ server from the site, seperately, it would. I have a client that does this.

hi, i have found the issue, what i have done is , i have installed the DCE on the site print server and point the MFP PCC to the site office Printserver.

not i am not sure if the MFP will work ofline if the wad get disconnected.

For obvious reasons, PCC requires a constant connection the the CAS/Print server, therefore a disconnection would stop this from working.
