Hi there

I have a Ricoh Pro c900 with the error code sc 410.
I have changes the id sensor bar,developer and drum.
Can anybody help me

According to Goose's Guide these are possible solutions/causes:

ID Sensor Error Black - Reseat all connecters on the controller

ID sensor error K - CGB power pack defective

ID sensor error K - ID/MUSIC sensor defective (you say you replaced these already?) Hope it helps

I recently had a sc411 on a c901. I had to replace the developer unit and developer for C and also the potential sensor for C.

Hi ,I have this error code on RICOH Pro C 901
410 D ID sensor error: Development gamma K
411 D ID sensor error: Development gamma C
412 D ID sensor error: Development gamma M
413 D ID sensor error: Development gamma Y

The problem was in the rotation of the drum (OPC), put more talc on the drum and more talc on the cleaning unit.
It is enough to have just a small effort rotation drum (OPC) appears these error codes.
