Hello,
Got this error code on a MPC2050. (SC144)
Customer said it came spontaneous.
he can't copy & scan, but the printer function is working allright. !
Never seen this on a C2050.
Is it as the manual says the flatcable or BICU board ?

First check all connections between the SBU-board and the BICU-board. Don't know if it's the BICU or the SBU. I would start with the cheapest parts.

try to print test pattern, if you can print the test pattern, replace SBU assy.

Noticed that the scanner is not coming on home position and no copylamp action.Means that the BICU board is out ?Do you have the part nm of this BICU board ?Thanks in advance

First check all connections between the SBU-board and the BICU-board. Don't know if it's the BICU or the SBU. I would start with the cheapest parts.
