[Error Code] SC 410

Hi there

I have got a Pro C 900 giving me error code sc410.

I have changed the development unit cgb board id sensors and developer but the error
continues.

Anybody got any ideas????

Check the transfer roller beneath, if it's popped out at one side, the image, or in this case the patches, will be feint on one side.

Also check the ID sensor shutter isn't stuck, and check your laser is firing by swapping the units over.

It's the dev units it's self, replace the black dev unit will resolve your issue
