[Misc] MP6500 Lan Fax

I have a MP6500 that the customer wanted to start using LANfax or PC faxing. I installed the driver and pointed it to the static IP of the copier and tested. Nothing. The PC releases the "job" but it doesnt activate the fax option on the copier and send the fax out. The fax works fine as a "walk up" function, just not from the PC. All firmware is current and the OS on PC is WIN7 64bit.

I have installed this driver more times than I can remember at other locations with no problems. This one has me stumped.

I've read that there's a bulletin about a problem with the print/scan SD card when LanFax doesn't function, so the card needs to be replaced. Although I don't have access to the bulletin for the specifics

WOW! Good call. I must have looked right over that one. I just found it and my machine falls in that s/n range so I will go out there later and replace the print/scanner SD card.
