Read the manual. There is no way someone would explain to you step-by-step (way too much of an explanation and we don't know what is your level of advancement on this matter) what to do - you can easily find it if you could invest a bit of your time into it.

SCANTO EMAIL

P.O.P:incoming

SMTPutgoing

Log into Webimage monitor





TO SET UP WHEN TO PRESS ONLY ONCE WHEN SCANNING

Gmail requires SSL authentication to send email, which the 2500 will not do. Any of the 01 or 02 series in this range WILL do SSL.
