Firstly let me admit that this is an old dog, but here goes.
This one was at a school and has now been re-commissioned, but with a requirement to scan to email.
When accessing the scanner feature, a message appears that reads close to this: "No HDD for this option, set TWAIN from PC."
We have reformatted and thereafter replaced both the hard disks and reloaded stamp data. Also checked the firmware and all that is newer is the "e" version machine that came out later. All other features work 100%.
Any help will be appreciated!
