First,....Are you attempting to add, and configure the Print / scan features for the first time on this machine? OR was it working previously working with the existing options installed?

actaully I got couple of machines some MP 4000 and MP 5000 and this one which works fine (copier)
but as soon as I need to adjust the network the screen goes to blue...

could it be the supplier got together this machiene and some features needs to be set up (by sims???) anyway I can check on this???
