[Error Code] Ricoh Aficio SPC311s SC542 error - HELP !!

The power went off the the other day than came back on. Today I went to print some brochures for a customer and all I get is this error message. I read here there is some type reset, does anyone know how I go about that...help is hard to find here in the hills of Tennessee

That SC means machines thermistor readings are eather,wrong due to pileing of toner on them,or Fuser doesn't reach designated tempreature in time.
I sugest u clean thermistors...gently,and try entering service mode and type in 5801002# turn off then on.
It helps sometimes ...sometimes u need new thrmistors.

There is a service bulitin for this RM040001d which shows they have brought out a firmware upgrade for the engine to version 2.4. this upgrade prevents the error if the ac voltage fluctuates between 10-20% which yours did.
