i have problem .there is small smudges in counter paper.i guess myler my be cut. any help please

Depends on your "smudge problem" there are could be few different issues.
1. If PCU (aka drum) was damaged you will have such an issue (check visually your drum)
2. If your fuser roller was damaged you will have a fusing problem which will cause a smudging problem (check your fuser rollers for any damage)
3. If your development unit has an over-toning issues than you will see that excess of toner appears on a printout (check your development unit)
4. If you ever run labels and it was stuck inside (and was not properly cleaned) then you will see those pieces left behind will cause some issues
5. Check all of your shield glasses for any signs of dirt on it (usually it affects when you copy - not print)
