Access to SP's on A Savin SP5200DN printer

Greetings,
Does anyone know the proceedure to access svc programs on the new Savin / Ricoh SP5200DN Printer.

It does not have a C/M 107 C/S access like the copiers as there is no C/M or C/S button.

Believe it or not we are a Savin/Ricpoh dealer & they will not provide this.

Try holding the up and down arrows down and then pressing the # (Enter) key. That usually does the trick on the printers!

When the machine is stand-by, press and hold up/down arrow for 5 seconds and then press OK.

the above should work,but if not try switching on with the online & escape buttons held down

If you have access to TSRC, you should also have access to RFG-eSource.

That's where the SP5200 manuals live.
