Lagonda has finished giving me the dimensions for his tab-remover . If anybody wants a copy of the full drawings just email Lagonda and I'm sure he can arrange something for you.

Can you show us the proper lengths/dimensions(in millimeters) an I will knock up a CAD image version.
Copyright to you of coarse. I will post it to the copytechnet Forum for every one to peruse.

How about a Bundy Rum instead...

You'd have made an even better job of the list if the part numbers were correct (B2232042 is obsolete now.)

Ok, I added Lagonda's picture of the base plate for clarification. We have over 60 techs in our area, so this will be a great benefit. Currently quite a few don't want to be bothered with modifying, thinking it's too much work and/or not knowing what goes with what. With the chart and pictures along with the proven immediate cost savings, there should be no excuse. Our six service managers are on board and have sent it out to the field to be implemented.
Thanks again to all involved for sharing your skills and knowledge, this could never be accomplished in-house and would be shot down by the non techs in control. It feels good to beat the system whenever possible.

I've just finished watching the latest episode of South Park, "Obama Wins." It's most excellent.

Its almost midnight in the UK Llama, now finish your bottle of whisky and go to bed, if you can still find your bedroom

My lug removing jig suddenly re-appeared.

There is a slot on the end of the rod that the metal bracket that holds the lug slips into. Swing the handle from side to side several times and the lug snaps neatly off. All over and done with in seconds.

This tool is copywrited and patents pending. Manufacturing rights can be purchased with the appropriate amount of single malt scotch.
