I am getting SC990 I have replaced ram, harddrive, updated software. I believe it has to do with the ADF. This code happened 3 weeks ago and I did all the mentioned items. When I got done I only got the code when running thru ADF. I cleaned all the sensors worked for 3 weeks or so. I had this code on another and cleaned ADF sensors still working. I am going back tomorrow for SC990 and cleaning the ADF again. Any suggestions.

I am also having the same SC990 codes on 2 Ricoh Pro907EX's at the same office and so far did the same things you have. My SMC detail for the code shows "File Na ENG
