i have problem code error with ricoh colur 3001 the code error is (548) please helpe me quiqly

HI,
the SC code is about the fusing unit. Check it!
To reset the code enter in the service mode and turn OFF then ON the machine. If the error code persists there's something wrong in the fusing unit(lamps, thermistor...).

i tried to reset the code by turn on and off the mashine but the code is still

i will check thirmostor and lamp as u saide

5-810 will reset fusing SC if just entering service mode doesn't do the trick, you will need to exit SP and then reset machine with * and # keys.

One of the lamps as blown its going to need a Real Tech to replace it these machines had a bad batch of fuser lamps when they were released.

Taking it apart yourself is just gonna cost you a lot more money.
