    SC990 Ricoh PRO907

    I was getting SC990 3 weeks ago and was told HDD, Ram, and Firmware. I replaced and upgraded all. After that I found to be haveing ADF issues Jamming not centered on glass ect. After a jam in ADF I again got SC990. I cleaned all sensors by blowing them out retested was fine for three weeks. I am now going back for SC990. I will look at history for ADF jams. Anyone have any other ideas???

      Not sure about your 907ex, but I just found a year old firmware for my MP6501 that was having ongoing 990 codes - there isn't a TSB nor is it listed in the firmware history, arrgggh. Found in Gooses Guide

      "Software performance error - After an ADF Jam and reloading originals - Update System Firmware to Custom LRC0360 (RFG051657)"

      Fixed my issue
