    MPC 2500 Toner supply rate

    Hi all

I have Ricoh MPC 2500 first i got light cyan copy, i forced toner in DV Unit and make TD sensor initalisation and copy is now ok but it ask for toner after several pages, and i must open and close the front door. So if you can tel me it is posible to increase toner supply rate for cyan. Or if it posible to turn back TD sensor voltage on the stage before because then cyan was lite but no other problems

    Thanks

    Regards

It more likely that the pump is on its last legs/supply pipe blocked or the Dev is way way past its life (160k life give or take if i remember correctly) Don't mess with the voltages you will be by passing the real prblem.

If you initialized the TD Sensor with a worn dev unit its going to keep asking for toner the only fix is to replace either the cyan dev or the dev unit assy depending on copy count if over 200k col id replace the Unit.

Thanks for sharing your opinion, i reset engine memory after that i make all adjustments(line adjustments) and now everything is ok, i make mistake before because i tuned off toner detection and leave DEV unit without toner after when i install new toner i get light cyan copies for that i make TD sensor initalisation.

        thanks

Woah, hang on. You did an engine clear AFTER you made the adjustments?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

            Hit it.
