    [Misc] ARDF 3030 bending corners

    Hi all.
Wanted to find out if anyone else out there is having any issues with DF3030 bending the rear side corners over slightly on single and duplex. I've had a couple now and have so far managed to make them magically dissappear, but one of these days I won't be so lucky. I've had these things in pieces and cannot find anything causing it. Both machines were around a year old and medium volumne. Any ideas would be great.
    Happy weekend all

Left hinge springs need stretching a little.

BANTAMS is right!!! the problem is the Left hinge!! I had many issues like that , changing the hinge seems DFs work.

Put washers on top of the hinge springs.this will add more tension.
