Face up in aficio mp 6000 in finisher

Hello, I have a Aficio MP 6000 and the paper gets stuck in the single-sided finisher when it goes down in the tray of the finisher but when I double face there is no problem, if sent to the top tray of the finisher does not lock . How do I get out the copy face up in the tray below the finisher. regards

Set the paper tray you are using to "thick" and the copies will exit face up.
