Error with ricoh c 6501

hi all

i have problem with copier ricoh mpc6501
the problem is after i do copy 20 copy or more the machine take 5 copy and it give massge on secren (functional problem )) and under the massege it give me ((prossec)) after complet prossec i press restart the machine turn off and on and give me ready and after i make copy the massege appeare again on tuch screen

ther is no any sc on smc

If the machine reboots it can also be a bad connection between the ARDF and Finisher. Disconnect the two (if you have a finisher) and see if it boots normal.
