machine can do printing ang copying,, the issue is while doing scan to email error message 'transmission failed' what will the best solution for this problem,,

Log into WIM and check the System Log or print out NIB summary.
A blocked connection will show as blocked.
An authentication error will show as authentication error.

You need to turn off "Delivery Option" in User Tools/System Settings/File Transfer. That's used for scanning to a folder, ie scanrouter. Then make sure your smtp settings are correct.

Helloo,

You need to check Default gateway ( in interface settings).
Also you need to check DNS servers (in interface settings) and SMTP server settings (in File transfer). For the last two you can use connection test button.

If all test are successfully, then you can set "Administrators email address" and Auto specify sender name to ON, so that every use do not need to specify sender while scanning.

I turn off delivery option, since my machine sends mail directly to email server. If you are using Delivery server, then yon need other configuration.
