[Error Code] Ricoh MPC 4500 getting intermittent SC-101 codes

Got a Ricoh MPC 4500 that is getting intermittent SC-101 codes does anyone know what is causing this problem.

SC 101	Exposure lamp error - check exposure lamp connector
SC 101	Exposure lamp error - clean exposure white plate
SC 101	Exposure lamp error - exposure lamp stabilizer board defective
SC 101	Exposure lamp error - replace exposure lamp
SC 101	Exposure lamp error - replace lens block
SC 101	Exposure lamp error - replace SBU board
SC 101	Exposure lamp error - scanner mirror or lens is out of position or dirty - clean or adjust

I'd replace these 2:

exposure lamp stabilizer board
exposure lamp

Its either the SBU or the Stabilizer Board but since they both sit next to each other id just replace them both.

ps its Not the Lamp.
