MP W2400 Default Scan File Type

Hey all,

I actually have a basic question regarding a Ricoh W2400 machine.

How do you default the scanning settings to either single or multi page PDF? At the moment, it scans files as a TIFF by default.

If possible, can this be changed via the web interface, or does it have to be changed via that machine?

Should be the same as all other models, go to scanner, press "Send File Type / Name", select multipage PDF and OK, then use the Program key to save as a default.

You could also use a program called ACDC which can change a tiff file to other formats.

Thanks for the help guys.

We have two of these machines out in the field and are the only Ricoh devices that we have as we are predominately Konica Minolta and Toshiba.
