Good day to all of you Sir's!
I'm new here at copytechnet and found out that this forums is great especially in the field of photcopiers.
Well, I'm a Technician for Ricoh Copiers (Low Speeds 15-25 cpm).
Currently, we imported around 160 units of MP2000, at first, the refurbishing of the photocopiers is smooth, but after around 2 weeks which is around 100 units had been refurbished, We got a problem with 3 MP2000 machines which has both the same problems, which is ( Error in R B Z ) a paper jam error and when you pulled out the right side door then close it will give you an error SC 121 (which is a scanner problem) and when you turn off the machine and then turn it on again SC 921 (BICU error) and you will smell a burnt board.
The most frustating part is that, I already got 10 units of them with the same problem. Even though I tried to change everything i.E. boards(High voltage Board, Power Supply Board), the same error and will burn the BICU board again.
Please help, If someone knows about this one or encounters the same problem,
Thanks and God Bless!
