can't print Guttman font logos with Aficio 1515 or MP161

hello.
i try to print logos with the guttman logo font, but it comes out as stars.
i use word 2010 and also tested on word 2007.
if i write in Excel with this font it prints alright.

when i print this font in word to an HP printer than its fine.

so the problem is with aficio models and word, it doesn't know how to print these logos,
can you think of a solution?

I've had problems with the XML based office versions and all kinds of fonts on different machines. Oddly enough, the one that caused me the most problems was an HP. Still, a few details to get out of the way:

What driver are you using? Depending on the driver there are a few things to try.

What's the operating system on the affected computer(s)? Each OS has a few quirks with Office.

Try the PCL5, PLC6 has quirks often.

sounds bit complicated! Can you please tell me your operating system? You can try to update your ms office, may be some supporting files missing there.
