MPC 3502 scanning with Windows 8

Hi,

How do you to scan to SMB with a MPC 3502 with a windows 8 ?

Path and acces to folder is good, we can browse folder and computer from the MPC but no written !

It's not a problem of MPC beacause i scan perfectly on a XP or Seven.

Not yet. Microsoft has introduced an enhanced version of the CIFS protocol (SMB3) with Windows 8. Firmware is forthcoming from Ricoh to deal with it.

for problem above its seem like we need to upgrade the firmware. may i know any of u have the latest firmware for sharing?

You will need to update the Network Suport Firmware to version 1198, released 5/29/2013.

I had this problem with an MPC 2051 and Win Server 2008.
A firmware update was the solution.
Microsoft changed the encryption to 128bit.
If you can't update, you can change this in the network-configuration of the win server/pc.
Sorry, but I don't know the english configuration-steps.
