How do u reset the toner bag count when the chip doesn't work. I just replaced m/y/and cyan and the mag and cyan didn't reset. All OEM toners too. I know about 143 so if its in there send me a pm. Thx

Also try turning toner bags upside down, shake 10 times, clean nozzle end then refit, ensure nozzle goes into hopper properly.

Go into user tools and do a service test call. If this fails check the gateway settings in the IP config. If this is correct then you'll have to remove the @Remote settings (SP5816-209) and reinstall it.

I also arsed about with these machines quite a few times when they falsely reported a toner end and came up with the attached. It's not adviseable to monkey about with the TD sensors on these machines, however needs must old boy.
